This safety program is designed to help prevent child sexual abuse by giving children and youth the tools they need to help keep them safe by educating them regarding boundaries, safe and unsafe behaviors, and healthy relationships.

Each year, children and youth, along with a parent/guardian, will complete one safety lesson per year (6 total). This year’s safety lesson is Lesson 3 and is entitled, “Boundaries: You Have Rights!,” and should be completed at home before March 30, 2025. The Teaching Safety—Empowering God’s Children Program will NOT be taught in the classroom.
