The Blessing of the Throats will take place on Monday, February 3, the Feast of St. Blaise, at both daily Masses; 8:30 a.m. at St. John Capistran & 11:30 a.m. at St. Thomas More.

Resurrection Parish will send donor substantiation letters to all registered parishioners who made a donation to the parish in 2024. This letter will be sent automatically; there is no need to request it. If your mailing address has changed in 2024, be sure to call the office to update your records so that you receive the letter.
Men and women, young and old, strengthen and grow in your faith for your families with five short videos produced by the Knights of Columbus called the “Mission of The Family”. We are pleased to announce the reopening of our Resurrection Parish Library after all STM Masses this weekend, January 18th & 19th. There will be light refreshments and time to explore the new space. Resurrection Parish is pleased to welcome Fr. Anton Premalal to our parish. Fr. Anton is from Sri Lanka, and has been assigned to be our chaplain to the nursing homes in our parish and in the territory of Saint Catherine Laboure Parish. Fr. Anton has been a priest for 22 years in a variety of assignments, including being pastor of a rather large parish for nearly 18 years. Fr. Anton will be with us for the next five years, and we will see him at liturgies and other events. Welcome Fr. Anton; we are glad to have you with us!

Priesthood Sunday is a special day set aside to honor priesthood in the United States. It is a day to reflect upon an affirm the central role of the priesthood in the life of the Church. This nationwide event is coordinated and sponsored by the US Council of Serra International. Please keep our parish priests and all clergy in your prayers.
